 Belly Fat :

                             losing belly fat has become the main problem or goal of many people the main reason the people want to lose is this because its not of their clothes isn't fit because it may lead to many diseases. Let us discuss the causes , symptoms and  treatment of belly fat 


Causes :
              The main cause of belly fat is as we all know is due to lack of exercise and due to eating a lot of junk food or normal food , Eg: Burger, Fries , Pizza and many more that as we all know.
2:The main second reason that comes to y mind is about herbal medicines or some medicines due to other factors 
3:Due to Old age, Many people who enter the age of 50 or 60 are likely to acquire belly fat.
 4:Taking a lot of stress and tension every time on daily basis.

                  The Symptoms of the belly fat or fat gain are feeling hungry often. Even if u had a meal or more than 3 meals a day 
2:When your waist or your jeans are getting tighten.
3:Feeling tired all the time or having obesity.
4:Being angry over small things.

                    The treatment of losing belly fat includes many thing and i  will tell you the most effective ways to lose it in juts a month or two you will see the results. Not like the other people who say lose weight in a week or a day.


1:Having  a lot of water {it may sound weird by water actually help to lose weight but keeping one thing in mind how to have  water and when: 
In the morning always on an empty stomach just a little warm water {2 glass} you can also add lemon in it to burn the extra fats. 





2:Doing planks or just a simple daily routine  workout at home.{pushups , zumba , or just walk n the garden for half an hour but before eating the meal.







3:Eating less junk food the main one hahaha mostly people hate or don't implement it,




:Eat healthy always eating less can make u weak but eating good will definitely make you lose weight.

Soccer is an interesting sports to play in this you have run, dribble , jumps.and many more it helps you keep your legs strong and if the legs are strong you can surely lose upper body weight.






2:Basketball:
Basketball one of my favourites in this you have to make the ball dribble with your hands and make your core tight to defend the ball so the opponents can score.
3:Long Tennis:
In this sport you have to hold the racket with your hands and hit the tennis ball to the other side of the net and the faster you fit the more difficult it is to hit the ball for the opponent.



4: Badminton: 
Same as the long tennis but in this you have to play with the shuttlecock and the net is higher
